Very helpful manager (Angelo). I first rented a parking space while I waited for a parking permit from my apartment complex because it was my second vehicle. He told me that the storage facility offered a free car cover but it did not fit very good. So I went out and purchased one and he gave me a discount for the purhchase."

Best prices in the area, great location, clean units, and safe premises...what else can you ask for? But what really blew my away about this place was the customer service. After a hectic/stressful day of moving, the manager (Angelo) was extremely helpful and accommodating...he went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and even able to upgrade us into a bigger unit!!"

If you're in need of a storage facility, save yourself the time and look no further. You'll not find a more courteous and professional manager than Toni, and it's difficult to imagine more reasonable rates anywhere else. The proximity to the airport is a nice bonus, as is the hassle-free in-and-out sign up procedure."

We recently moved from Honolulu to Scottsdale. We own two classic cars, a 1957 Chevy convertible, and a 1965 Mustang convertible, which we currently store at AA Bargain Mini Storage. When we shipped the cars to Scottsdale, we were unable to receive the cars personally because of a scheduling issue. The manager, Toni Johnson received, inspected, and stored the cars for us. All of this occured during the Christmas holidays and Toni regularly called us for a status of the car shipment so she could ensure she would be there to personally oversee the offloading and storage of the cars. She was even willing to come in when she was not scheduled to be there because of the holidays. During a time when excellent service is extremely difficult to find, Toni Johnson and AA Bargain Mini Storage are refreshing exceptions. We can not recommend them highly enough." We stored everthing we owned there for a few months, then we needed to get it shipped out-of-state. We had some issues with the shipping. We were already living thousands of miles away, so we were really between a rock and a hard place. I don't know what we would have done without the help of AA's exceptional staff. They helped us coordinate with the postal service. Organized postage for us. Contacted us several times to keep us informed. They went way beyond great customer service to outstanding customer service. I would use AA Bargain Mini Storage again. Thanks to Toni and all the staff."
